- Access to our PA register and we can place an ad in the local media to help find the right person for YOU
- Diamond Social Care Centre can receive PA resumes on your behalf and forward them to you, also our ground floor, fully disabled access facilities provide an ideal environment for you to conduct interviews with the support of our coordinators so that you do not have to give your address and personal details to strangers whom you may not employ
- We will provide a contract of employment between you and your PA based on the terms agreed between you
On-going Support
- Taking away the numerous burdens that come with being an employer, whilst maintaining your independence and control of making the most out of your personal budget
- Provide full employers liability insurance so that you are protected as an employer
- Provide employment law advice helpline so that you have access to proper, regulated employment law advice should you ever need it
- Provide payroll services – calculate national insurance and tax payable from your PA’s wages and ensure full compliance with HMRC obligations
- Ensure full compliance with legislation
- Offer numerous training courses from Diamond Social Care Centre Training and Development suite
