Job Description: Deputy Care Manager

Reports to: Care Manager (Sue Baines)

Weekly Hours: 40hrs

Salary: £15k + Company Smart Car with fuel + Company mobile phone + 20 days holiday in addition to 8 bank holidays paid leave.

* Performance based pay rise incentives in place

Place of work: You will primarily be based at the head office in Wolverhampton (Diamond Social Care Centre) you will also work in the community carrying out assessments and reviews in people’s homes and you will also be expected to work from any Diamond Home Care Ltd office within the UK.

You will be expected to attend national events (usually only one or half days)

Job Start Date: Monday 4th June 2012
