Diamond Home Care Ltd was established in March 2007 by Sue Baines who remains as the Care Manager as well as being on the board of Directors.
Sue decided to form Diamond Home Care following a 20 year career in the care industry working with a varied client based including elderly, children services, physically disabled adults, mental health, learning disabilities, autism, Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Sue has vast experience in both residential and community settings spending the 10 years prior to starting Diamond Home Care in the role of care manager for a community care service.
Sue’s passion for delivering only the highest quality of care and services was contagious and she soon built up a dedicated staff team.
Today, after consistent year on year growth, Diamond Home Care has 2 offices across the Black Country, providing vital services to over 150 elderly and physically disabled members of the community and provides employment to over 50 local people including community care and support staff, care co-ordinators and a dynamic management and accounts team.
Diamond Home Care Ltd has earned a reputation of providing a dynamic and responsive service often able to accommodate requests at short notice with a person centred approach which is bespoke to each individuals requirements.
Diamond Home Care invest our revenue directly back into the company which is why we lead the market in terms of technology and service development to ensure that our service users receive THE best quality care.
